  • Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or reverse-engineering any portion of this website. It includes content, logos, layout, or graphics without explicit written consent from Diputech.
  • The website is only accessible to collect information about our businesses, team, operations, stores, and product categories. Diputech.com does not make any direct sales.  
  • While we strive to maintain up-to-date details regarding products, retail outlets, and brand partners, there can be loops or missing sometimes. Diputech reserves the right to update or modify site content at any time without prior notice. 

2. Wholesale & Commercial Inquiries

  • B2B Partnerships

Diputech operates as an official tech distributor in Pakistan for multiple brands. We welcome businesses, retailers, and corporate entities seeking bulk purchases or distribution partnerships. They must submit an official query via our Wholesale Query form or contact us directly at info@diputech.com.

  • Verification

All wholesale orders and dealer accounts are subject to business verification, credit checks, and compliance with brand distribution agreements. We reserve the right to proceed, or decline any offer based on mentioned or  not mentioned reasons. 

  • Pricing & Quotations

Wholesale quotes, tier pricing, and minimum order quantities (MOQs) provided by Diputech are valid for a specific timeframe. It is mentioned in the formal proposal and is subject to stock availability. The quotations are offered according to designated tech partner’s policy, store policy, and pricing strategies. Terms of purchases can vary for every brand. 

3. Retail Stores & Online Outlets

  • Official Outlets

Diputech operates verified retail outlets and experience stores across major shopping destinations. It includes Xiaomi stores at Packages Mall, Emporium Mall (Lahore), and D-Ground (Faisalabad), alongside Techroid outlets at Dolmen Mall and Goldcrest Mall.

  • E-Commerce Portals

Official online purchases are facilitated through our designated digital platforms: Xiaomisale.com, Techroid.com, Connectwithtaar.com, and Ankersale.pk. All of these stores are governed under set terms and conditions exclusively. By accessing or purchasing through any of these store platforms, you consent to abide by their respective terms and conditions.

  • In-Store Purchases

Products purchased physically at retail outlets are governed by the specific receipt and return policies issued at the time of purchase at that physical location. 

4. Anti-Counterfeit Policy & Warranty

Diputech is committed to an anti-counterfeit mission. We are delivering only 100% verified, genuine products directly from official brand partners (including Xiaomi, Apple via G-Next, Anker, TAAR, and Noubia).

  • Official Warranty

All products sold by Diputech or its authorized online and retail channels carry official manufacturer or distributor warranties where applicable. 

  • Warranty Claims

Customers can make warranty claims to the respective stores (online & offline). Warranty service, repair, or replacement claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/receipt). These are subject to the specific terms defined by the respective manufacturer or local official warranty center.

  • Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not apply to damages caused by: 

  • Physical accidents
  • Deliberate damages 
  • Liquid ingress
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Modification
  • Power surges
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Refund & Returns 

Every store (online & offline) contains specified refund or return policies. All claims are processed according to policies, however stores hold the right to reject or approve claims as per policy. Diputech does not entertain any claims directly. 

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Diputech shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website or products purchased through third-party unverified sellers.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to this site or that the site will be entirely free of technical errors, server outages, or virus risks beyond reasonable control.
  • We are not liable for the indirect losses such as lost data or lost profits. 

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • All business operations of Diputech align with the Pakistan’s Law and Regulations. 
  • These Terms and Conditions, as well as any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with site usage or purchases, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  • Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.

7. Changes to Policy 

Diputech holds the right to change, add, or modify the terms and conditions or policies anytime. Changes can be made without any prior notice to the users. However, it is advised to check Terms and Conditions before proceeding to the services.
